Our democracies rely on the checks and balances of the Executive, Legislative and Judiciary branches of government. These allow too much room for politicians to manipulate information. Our governments obstruct economic co-ordination for example on climate change. There is censorship of economic science at the Dutch Central Planning Bureau (CPB). The solution is an Economic Supreme Court (ESC) based in science, as an Epistemic branch. European countries do not have to transfer sovereignty to Brussels but politicians have to cede power to their national ESC. When countries have their own ESCs, then these can co-ordinate in scientific manner, and they can guide their countries to a form of World Government.A World Central Bank can create fiat world money that uses a carbon tax.
